folders are being saved across drives
Dear friends,
I have a system drive and an audio drive, just like you're supposed to. But without prompting by me (that I know of), sometimes I find my fades folder, audio folder, or both on my system drive, and everything else on the audio drive where I told it to go. What's happening, and will I cause problems by dragging them to where they're supposed to be? Thanks, John PTLE 7.4, G5, 10.4.11 |

Re: folders are being saved across drives
Make sure ROUND ROBBIN DISK ALLOCATION is turned off. Likewise make sure you allocate all of your tracks to the appropriate folder.

Disk Allocation is greyed out. Do I need to trash preferences?

Re: folders are being saved across drives
Are you possibly using previously created sessions as 'templates' or actual templates that were created, saved or stored on a different drive?

Thanks, Digi. Administer dopeslap now. I save my sessions to the audio drive, but they originate from a template stored on the, ahem, system desktop.
