Default Error 9092 when minimizing..

If I'm recording and minimize I get an error 9092

Mainly I just do this to pull up a notepad file to read off of at the beginning of the recording, then within like 30 seconds of recording boom.. 9092

How can this be fixed I'm on windows 7.. 8.0.5 le..??
