A positive note about Celemony

I lost my iLok recently. Got an RMA from iLok.com. I hadn't even had time to send emails to manufacturers before Jörg from Celemony emailed me and was ready to help - asked me if I wanted the new license to be machine specific or iLok. Done. Really a relief, and absolutely painless. Cheers, Celemony.

beyond these reports, i'm constantly amazed at what they've offered me.

i got an intro version of melodyne with the "ignition pack" included with pro tools le 7 (with my good old mbox 2) in 2006. over the 10 intervening years (during which i've spent almost a thousand bucks on pro tools updates, and hundreds more for plug in updates) i've continued to get every melodyne update for free, and am still on a current version of melodyne essential. it's an invaluable tool in my kit, and they've never asked me for a dime. i kind of want to upgrade to a more deluxe version, just to give them some money :) (though for my needs, essential does everything i ask)
