PT-HD+long DV video=not working

Hi,
I have a new PT HD running in a PC/XP.
We do audio-Post work with digital using video (DV format), currently in a Mac PT system and it works Ok.
This new system should go to Room #2 but is not working now as the following test proves:

We tryed this:

Movie captured (10 minutes long movie) in Premiere with the DV codec.
The movie opens in media player OK, and you can see it. complete (10 minutes)
When we import the movie in PT, we can only see the first 4.4 minutes, the rest do not exists.
Is this a PT bug , a Quicktime bug or something is wrong with the hardware?
A similar movie captured in a Mac do not exibit this problem.
And a movie captured in another PC shows the same problem again.

Anyone opened a long movie (captured in the same PC) inside PT?
Any vhelp would be appreciatted.
