Magma /PCNotebook/ TDM? Compatability

Hi,

Will the Magma 2 slot PCMIA/Cardbus chassis work with a PC, P4 notebook and Protools TDM?

Any other notebook solutions that allow 16 Adat I/O.

I already have RME digiface w/ 24 ADAT I/O for Cubase SX.

Perhaps Pt LE w/ O2?
