Default Which plugins to delete?

I'd like to know which of al the plugins that get installed are the demo ones, and which aren't. I'd like to delete the demoes to stop that annoying authorization popup. I beieve the delay and equalization plugins are not demoes, correct?

Thanks.

Mike
