Default how to delete plugins?

How can a person go in and delete some of the crappy plugins that come with my system...like all of the delays...I found out to go into the plugins folder and delete them there but the ones that come with the system dont seem to be in there...Where do I find those?

thise "crappy delay's" as you call them are actually not that bad. I like to use them, and they are so easy on the cpu. Dont dismiss them just yet, but try to play around with them.
