Default TDM Core card and DIGI-001 card in the same computer?

Hey guys,

Does anyone know if it is possible to have TDM PCI card and DIGI-001 card in the same computer, while using them independently one at the time
whenever there is a need for one or another?
Is there a possibility of conflict?
Unavoidable conflict or...?
It may seem to be a strange question.
Nevertheless, that's what the question is.

Any thoughts?

Thanks
