Default Stolen iLok + replacement licenses Avid Support ??

Hey everyone,
I was wondering if anyone knew how I could get a hold of avid to inquire about replacement licenses

I recently had my iLok stolen and i reported it to iLok, so they terminated it, and sent me an email saying that if i want replacement licenses i have to contact avid, and that they already sent avid my information and yada yadyada..

now I'm trying to find a way to email them but they need an ASC which i was not given before.

So what, Avid wants me to pay $40 to receive customer support, and on top of that, i have to buy another iLok, and ontop of that i might have to pay for replacement licenses?!?!

is it just me that thinks it's not fair that we pay like $700 +for the software and licenses, and then if something unfortunate happens with the iLok we're expected to pay another 100 dollars for something we already own...
I mean I understand that the iLok prevents pirating but really it feels like Avid is just trying to get more money from me, that i don't even have.

SO if someone had a way for me to contact avid i would be extremely thankful, I am a very busy engineer and I need this issue resolved asap
