Dverb Test results?

did this Dverb test, managed 32 audio full Dverbs, 16 aux with full Dverb. finally added 4 extra aux. first 3 inserts managed Dverb, 4th row took forever so left it at that, where can i get comparison results to know how it did?

is that 160 plus Dverbs!

What buffer settings and sample rates are you using?

And what are your clock-speeds?

How Protools running? Any issues?

This sounds to good to be true but I'm hoping!

Am I calculating wrong? 32 tracks x 5 Dverbs per insert per track 32x5=160 plus what ever you have running in the Aux's.

That would be very good!.

Or am I reading it wrong?

oh sorry i thought that was for bibubbaj, yes i followed the instuctions, so i got 130 dverbs on 32 audio (max), 80 dverb on 16 aux (max), and finally only squeezed 12 dverbs on the last 4 aux (3each p.t)

Actually I believe you would be the new King!

The last time this happened the testers results were in error so some caution is advised.

Can you duplicate/describe you test? Sample rates? Buffer size?

Also how is Protools running?

Can you repeat the test after restarting your computer? or did you already do that?

if you followed the instructions then presumably your test results are good

Sorry to be a pain! If you can duplicate the results I will update the "Intel Core2Duo-Anyone got one working yet" thread were we have been keeping track of the Core 2 Duos performance numbers.

The numbers are high which is great news, They may be a new record for a windows box so they will be under some scrutiny.

Are you running stock clock speeds? thats important also.

We're waiting on the results of a couple of Core 2 Quads.
