help:DSI error occurred -1091
When launching Pro Tools 7.1 WINDOWS TDM SYSTEMS,I get the error: “Pro Tools needs to adjust your systems memory to accommodate disk buffers. You must restart.” -or- Digitest reports, “DSI error occurred -1091,SO I can't launch protools . How deal with it?

the support search on this problem suggests you may have an
incompatible plug-in? "During launch of Pro Tools the following message appears: "Pro Tools has adjusted your system memory to accomodate the new engine settings and will now quit. You must restart your computer to use Pro Tools with the new engine settings." In one case this was due to an incompatible plug-in that was installed with Pro Tools 7. Please make sure all plug-ins you have installed are compatible with the version of Pro Tools you're running. " jeff |
