OMF & PREMIER
I need some help on this one.
i am working on an INDI film that was edited on Adobe Premier. The porblem is that Premier doesn't have an OMF export option. Is there any way to go between Premier and Protools without having to capture every sound file over and phase them in. Please help. Anyhting would be appreciated!!! |

Re: OMF & PREMIER
Your best bet is to have the editor do a clean up version for you with checkerboarded audio w/ some handles in problem areas. He then can export stereo pairs for you. Make sure all tracks have a 2 pop (1 frame of 1k tone at 59:58:00 and a flash of white in the video) You then can line up all the 2 pops w/the white flash in PT and everything will be in sync.
