Having no luck with activating

Hello all, am a noob here so please bear with me, coming from a Logic/Apple background where licensing isn't a thing anymore.

I purchased a subscription to Pro Tools 12 a couple of days back, and though my order shows up in my avid account's past orders page;

- there's been no confirmation of my order other than the items i purchased showing up as a past order
- the only emails from avid that I've received are marketing stuff because of my initial install of PT First and iLok registration etc.
- nothing's been emailed to me with regards to any activation codes
- Pro Tools 12 doesn't show up in "My Products and Subscriptions" - which is where i thought my download links and assorted activation info would be?

any chance somebody from avid could jump in and give me some pointers?

Welcome to the Community

When you say subscription are you talking about monthly subs or an annual plan?

Check products not yet downloaded and see if it's there. Also look in trash as sometimes emails end up there. If not under any of the options let us know and I will escalate this to Avid.

thanks for the reply bud - have checked and checked through my gmail account, nothing there :/

also doesn't show up under my products and subscriptions, the only thing that shows is PT first.

i got an annual subscription, have attached a couple of screenshots [one of which is my order history] - thanks very much in advance for having a look, i really appreciate it!
