Default New HD Native / Omni ASIO Driver Issue

Hi all,
I've been running the HD Native ASIO Driver with Nuendo 7 successfully for quite a while now. However, since upgrading PT to 12.7.1, I can no longer access the "Advanced" section in the ASIO Control Panel to set up routing in my Omni. Clicking "Advanced" does nothing... no window opens. If I click it again, Nuendo crashes. Same issue with Cubase 9. In Pro Tools, hardware setup works just fine. Anyone else seeing this? This is on Win 10 Pro, Asus P9x79 WS, 3930K, 16gig ram. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and tried reverting back to an older HD driver... no luck. And both Nuendo and Cubase are run as Administrator.
