Default Sending one delivery to several e-mail adresses- bug?

I tried sending a small delivery to 8 different e-mail adresses and the mail witht he download link only came to half of them.

Is this a known bug?
How do I get around this problem? Do we need to send one delivery to each mail adress?

Digidelivery says it sucessfully sent the delivery and when I log in to the server using the admin account the deliverys says pending on all e-mails.

Does anybody know what to do to avoid this problem in the future?
Thanks

Ask your recipients to check their spam-folders. If an address is wrong you would get the "couldn´t deliver email" notification back so the emails must have reached their accouts.

I have looked in the spam filter and there is nothing there.
I have also double checked the adresses and they are correct.
Any other theories what went wrong?

Weird. I haven´t seen this before. Are you using the built-in mail-server of the DD-LT or an external one?

Some ISPs will filter mail without it even getting into a spam folder if the "A" record, host name, IP address, and/or reverse lookup don't agree. See the link, it might help.

When they didn't get the email I sent one delivery to each e-mail adress and then it worked. So the spam doesn't seem to be the problem.

Frank Kruse:
I'm not sure I understand you, which one is the build in DD server? We have the GT server.
I am taking e-mail adresses from my adress book if that answers your question?

What have you set the GT to under "Email settings/Mail Server settings/Mail server address"?

It is set to our e-mail server.
Do you think I should I change it to something else?
I have no problem sending deliverys to single e-mail adresses.

Thanks!

Try setting it to "default" (127.0.0.1) and see what happens. It seems like your mail-server is the cause of the problem.

Mine is set to default and I´ve never seen this.

It could also be the reverse-lookup (hostname doesn´t resolve to the IP of the server) issue and the receiving server is blocking the email as spam before it even reaches the inbox. But normally such mails would bounce back to you.

frank.

I've tried setting the e-mail server to default as you said and re-sent a delivery to several e-mail adresses. But I still have the same problem. Some adresses didn't get the e-mail.

Any other ideas?
It's a bit frustrating
