Racked Solid State Logic SSL 505 Modules For Sale or Trade:

From 5000 series console

These are line modules supposed to be converted to preamps.

2 channels with 2 selectable inputs per channel .

Unit powers on but doesn't pass signal from what I am seeing.

I am sure that you could put a little TLC into this and it would be 2 very good channels.

the case is a 2 rackspace that could hold any modules from a 5000 series console channel.

My offer is $50 bucks. If they're "supposed" to be line amps converted to mic preamps, then it doesn't sound like you're too sure of what they are at this point. If they don't pass audio, then anyone is taking a real gamble on what you have. I build a lot of gear, and repair a ton as well. Even then, still a gamble as no one knows what exactly it is or what you have.

So, my offer stands.

Very True. I do not know much about these modules.

However I do know that if you are looking to rack some SSL 5000 series modules the rack is still worth buying just to rack modules that you want racked.
