Best DV codecs with PT

Just wondering if anyone can list the best dv codecs to use with PT. I currently use dvcpro, and it works great, but just in case... I'd like to know a few others.

I'm also looking for codecs that have intraframe compression, i.e. not GOP (group of pictures) so at least I'm frame accurate.
