Trashing roaming profile question
Hello Folks -
I'm trying to trash my prefs. Manually, since th good old Support Utility seems not to work on my system: is it perhaps not compatible with win 7? Anyway: QUESTION: I'm supposed to double click on my user name, and then delete the roaming folder inside app data. Problem is, I don't know which user name is "mine" ... one bears the name of the computer and this one seems to be locked, another is "public" which seems to imply that's not a personal account at all ... the third is simply "Default". Is this third the one? Would be very grateful for a reply, so I could go on with my laborious troubleshooting. best, Petter SORRY SORRY: I found it, stupid of me, never mind, the Digidesign folder was in one but not in the other, ALL'S WELL THAT ENDS WELL.
