How can i cancel my subscription???

Hello,

I just purchased a 1 Year Pro Tools subscription that i couldn't even activate.

However, now i want to unsubscribe and, like all the other stuff, it seems impossible.

Does anyone know how to do it?
Obviously i can't contact anyone cause there's no phone or email (0 EMAIL ADDRESSES).

Plus the website says i probably can't do it and will have to pay the entire year WHAT?!

This is just ILLEGAL. Please help me

I also want to cancel. I turned of my auto-renew but they still charged my credit card. How can I cancel my entire subscription?

Subscriptions and upgrade plans are non-cancelable and non-returnable. You may change your auto-renewal preferences in your MyAvid Master Account, but no refunds will be paid on any remaining subscription or upgrade plan period.
