PT won't continue play when I move cursor

Hi guys,
I'm sure this is a newbie question and I just hit some option I can't find now.
When PT is playing and I move the cursor somewhere else on the timeline, play stops. The stop button goes blue for a second when this happens. It didn't do this before. Can someone please tell me what I did?

Sounds like you want to deselect "Link edit and playback"- option in the options menu.

Hi, I tried all sorts of combinations of those playback options at the top.
It's not consistent either.
Sometimes I can play the session and click somewhere else on the timeline and it continues to play from there, and sometimes it stops.

In the past, this has always worked.

This is what it does when it stops:
I click somewhere on the timeline while playing.
The stop button goes blue and the play button blinks green twice and then stops.

Another odd behavior:
When I press the spacebar, it sometimes does the same thing as above. Stop goes blue, play button blinks twice, no playback occurs. Then I have to hit the spacebar AGAIN to get it to play.

This is going to make me nuts. I'm trying to compare tracks for leveling and I need to be able to constantly hear these tracks without pause.
