Default Sample Rate converted files - playing too late

I have upgraded to 12.8 - on Sierra 10.12.5.

I have converted audio files from 44 to 48 khz in IZotope RX 6 and when I import them they play VERY late. I see the waveform but the sound is several seconds delayed - and why don't I use the SRC in ProTools? It's greye out now so it's not an option. A bug?
Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

I have just managed to convert in ProTools and it works. What will you like to see?

As written - it's files converted in RX6 which cause trouble.
