The Reference Guide is 12.3

And if you look at the 12.3 annoyncement post by Avid, you'll find a 12.3 what's new and there is also a 12.3 release notes that lists bug fixes.

Not perfect, but the info is out there.

It may be out there, but I also think this should be corrected by Avid. Maybe they don't even know?

I updated both of my systems with the Application Manager, but I also downloaded the update for posterity (because, you never know).

Like the OP, I found it odd that within the Documentation folder of the 12.3 mac updater there wasn't a "What's new in 12.3", only a "What's new in 12.2". Even the url links to the "Online Documentation" within the updater don't include info about 12.3.

They know. Little glitch that got by. Not worth delaying the release thank goodness.

Yes, agreed.

And, credit where it's due, this time we have the release notes listing the bug fixes at the same time as the update is released.

That wasn't happening upto and including 12.2.0 release, but Avid agreed to try to take our comments on board and do better subsequently. We got the bug fixes for 12.2.1, and now 12.3, so that's one new habit (well, old habit relearned) that appears to be bedding in now.

I'm sure they'll get the hang of including all the updated documentation in the installer package soon enough;-£
