OMF and interfacing between nuendo and protools LE
If I have a multitracked mix in nuendo and want to then transport this over to a friends system, (running the 001) will the OMF be imported.. will there be a problem with pc/mac compatibility.. and is there any loss of data involved with omf files between different platforms..

You will have to use either OMF Tool or DigiTranslator to convert the OMF to a Pro Tools session.
quote:
will there be a problem with pc/mac compatibility.. and is there any loss of data involved with omf files between different platforms..

-As long as it is an OMF 2.0 file, no data will be lost. (the OMF 1.0 format is not supported by either OMF Tool or DigiTranslator). Brent |
