Default OMF and interfacing between nuendo and protools LE

If I have a multitracked mix in nuendo and want to then transport this over to a friends system, (running the 001) will the OMF be imported.. will there be a problem with pc/mac compatibility.. and is there any loss of data involved with omf files between different platforms..

thanks

-Not directly. You will have to use either OMF Tool or DigiTranslator to convert the OMF to a Pro Tools session.

-As long as it is an OMF 2.0 file, no data will be lost. (the OMF 1.0 format is not supported by either OMF Tool or DigiTranslator).
