Help with clips bin sorting please
In the clips bin, has anyone used the "Sort by>Start in Parent" and/or "End in Parent" sort, and if so, can you please explain how these function? I can see the clips re-sort themselves when I try the sort, but I can't find any reference for what's going on under the hood.
Thanks in advance, Michael Wilk As required by the DUC guide lines, here are my system specs...this is probably overkill for this question, but anyway: __________________________________________________ _________________ SiSoftware Sandra ID Host Name : THINK Workgroup : WORKGROUP Computer Model : Lenovo 2436CTO ThinkPad W530 Serial Number : R9X**** Chassis : Lenovo Notebook Mainboard : Lenovo 2436CTO Serial Number : 1ZSF5****** BIOS : Lenovo G5ET90WW (2.50 ) 12/21/2012 TPM - Trusted Platform Module : 1.02, STM Total Memory : 15.56GB DDR3 SO-DIMM Processors Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3840QM CPU @ 2.80GHz (4C 8T 3.79GHz, 3.8GHz IMC, 4x 256kB L2, 8MB L3) Socket/Slot : FC PGA988 Chipset Memory Controller : Lenovo Core (Ivy Bridge) Mobile DRAM Controller 100MHz, 2x 8GB DDR3 SO-DIMM 1.6GHz 128-bit, Integrated Graphics Memory Module(s) Memory Module : Elpida EBJ81UG8BBU0-GN-F 8GB DDR3 SO-DIMM PC3-12800S DDR3-1600 (11-11-11-29 5-40-13-6) Memory Module : Elpida EBJ81UG8BBU0-GN-F 8GB DDR3 SO-DIMM PC3-12800S DDR3-1600 (11-11-11-29 5-40-13-6) Video System Monitor/Panel : Lenovo ThinkPad Display 1920x1080 (1920x1080, B156HW01 V4 , 15.3") Monitor/Panel : BBY LCD TV (1600x1200, 31.7") Video Adapter : Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 (16CU 128SP SM5.0 350MHz/1.3GHz, 2GB DDR3 1.6GHz 128-bit, Integrated Graphics) Video Adapter : NVIDIA Quadro K1000M (1CU 192SP SM5.0 1.7GHz/810MHz 110% OC, 2GB 1.8GHz, PCIe 2.00 x16) Graphics Processor OpenCL GP Processor : NVIDIA Quadro K1000M (192SP 1C 1.7GHz/810MHz 110% OC, 2GB 1.8GHz) Compute Shader Processor : NVIDIA Quadro K1000M (192SP 1C 1.7GHz/810MHz 110% OC, 2GB 1.8GHz) Compute Shader Processor : NVIDIA Quadro K1000M (192SP 1C 1.7GHz/810MHz 110% OC, 2GB 1.8GHz) Storage Devices INTEL SSDSC2BW180A3L (180GB, SATA600, 2.5", SSD) : 168GB (C:) (Q:) WDC WD30EZRX-00DC0B0 (3TB, USB3/SATA600, 3.5") : 3TB (E:) Logical Storage Devices SYSTEM_DRV : 1GB (NTFS) 3TB_drive (E:) : 3TB (NTFS) @ WDC WD30EZRX-00DC0B0 (3TB, USB3/SATA600, 3.5") Windows7_OS (C:) : 153GB (NTFS) @ INTEL SSDSC2BW180A3L (180GB, SATA600, 2.5", SSD) Lenovo_Recovery (Q:) : 14GB (NTFS) @ INTEL SSDSC2BW180A3L (180GB, SATA600, 2.5", SSD) Peripherals LPC Hub Controller 1 : Lenovo Panther Point LPC Controller LPC Legacy Controller 1 : T0 00-00 Audio Device : Lenovo Panther Point High Definition Audio Controller Audio Codec : Realtek Semi High Definition Audio Serial Port(s) : 1 Disk Controller : Lenovo Panther Point Mobile 6 port SATA AHCI Controller USB Controller 1 : Lenovo Panther Point USB xHCI Host Controller USB Controller 2 : Lenovo Panther Point USB Enhanced Host Controller #2 USB Controller 3 : Lenovo Panther Point USB Enhanced Host Controller #1 SMBus/i2c Controller 1 : Intel ICH SMBus Printers and Faxes Printer : Solid PDF Creator (600x600, Colour) Printer : Microsoft XPS Document Writer (600x600, Colour) Fax : Microsoft Shared Fax Driver (200x200) Printer : EPSON NX430 Series (360x360, USB, Colour) Network Services Network Adapter : Intel(R) 82579LM Gigabit Network Connection (Ethernet, 100Mbps) Wireless Adapter : Intel(R) Centrino(R) Ultimate-N 6300 AGN (802.11g (ERP), AES-CCMP, 144Mbps) Power Management Battery No 1 : LGC 45N1011 86.58Wh/6.94Ah Operating System Windows System : Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 6.01.7601 (Service Pack 1) Platform Compliance : x64 |
