Fast Track C600 vs M-Audio 2x2M
I had a Fast Track C600 that burned out. I purchased an M-Audio 2x2M and plugged it in, only to receive the dreaded "Unable to locate hardware" error message.
I've updated everything I possibly could and still get the error message. What am I doing wrong? Windows 8.1, Pro Tools 9 |

Re: Fast Track C600 vs M-Audio 2x2M
Did you install the proper windows driver? Have you tried holding the N key while opening Pro Tools(which should take you directly to the Audio Engine page so you can select the M-Audio hardware)? Have to say, I am not a fan of M-Audio hardware as its cheaply made and the drivers are hit and miss
