Default Updated TPkd Driver Required?

New system. Specs below. Installed Pro Tools. It says "Updated TPkd driver required and a reboot. Please reboot or re-install the software."

Gigabyte p35 ds3r Motherboard
EVGA 8800gts 640mb graphics card
2gig ddr2 ram
Core 2 Quad q6600 processor
M-Audio Delta 66 soundcard

EDIT: After clicking "ok", the box comes up again. After clicking "ok" a second time, it says this "Unable to locate M-Audio hardware. Make sure your hardware is connected and turned on". Well I hear sound and the icon is in the task bar so I know the soundcared is working. What's going wrong?

I ran into A TPKD driver problem a while back and after uninstalling/reinstalling PT and ALL the plugs twice. The solution turned out to be that you first had to uninstall the existing TKPD driver and reboot, then install the new TKPD driver and reboot. While that may not be the solution to your problem thats what worked for me.

The Tkpd driver is the name of the package installer for PACE system files. You can get the latest driver installer on the PACE website at www.paceap.com.

So abject,.....

I'm wondering if you found a solution because im having the exact same problem. I just got my m-box mini and installed it and received the same error message. Except when i click ok the first time the second error message reads "The application failed to initialize properly(0x0000142. Click on OK to Terminate the application." So what do we do now?

I have the same problem as previously discussed.

So, I have the m-box mini, Pro Tools LE, which has worked perfectly in the past. I had to repair my computer a couple of weeks back, and a consequence of the repairment was that I had to get a new hard drive. Therefore, I wanted to install the software onto the new functioning hard drive to get working with my equipment.

I have installed the TKpd Driver as advised above.

Why does my software still not start?

Before I never had to use anything called Ilok, is that something needed to fully install the software a second time?
