Default Status of Logic X Bugs?

Hello Eddie. I last asked about this in March of this year, and your answer was that there are some bugs that are squarely at the feet of Apple, and you are powerless to fix them without their help.

I'd like to follow up and ask, are we stuck forever in this stalemate, or are regular efforts made to contact them and resolve some very, very old bugs (some of them as old as Logic X itself, 2013!).

Here's an example. Attached is what it looks like when I try to insert a new plugin using an artist controller. Note the text on all of the displays.

There are other bugs. The "blank plugin name" is particularly annoying too, I often have to guess what plugins are on a channel or open the mixer.

Thanks in advance for your help.
Rob

Bump on this thread. Happy new year, Eddie. I am hoping to get a response to these issues in the near future. Could you look into it?

Eddie Jones is the Avid representative with authority who participates here, and the Eucon protocol supports Logic Pro X. I hope that alleviates your confusion!
