This is not with the playlist. If you control-click with the grabber tool, a mini-dialog box will open right next the the region that you just recorded. As you cut the region up it will separate the lower takes in the same spot and will give you a mini-dialog there too. This way when you are playing back, you can switch between the various edited regions by control-clicking. Look up takes in the reference guide and you'll see what I'm talking about. It may not be the same as Nuendo, but I think it will work in the interim.
