Proper upgrade procedure from PT 10+CPTK to PT 11

Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere but I am unsure about the upgrade process from PT 10+CPTK to the PT 11 HD offer:

I currently have PT 10 and CPTK residing on two different avid accounts (don't ask me why - I thought it had to be that way when I decided to do so years ago...) which actually never was a problem because of the Ilok licenses being the only important point.

Will this be the same when I buy the PT 11 "CPTK" upgrade - meaning the update I download ill detect the CPTK license and therefore upgrade - or do I have to contact avid support to solve the issue with the two accounts?

They just need to be on the same Ilok, that's what matters. It needs to be an Ilok 2.

In the Avid store, there is a specific option for this upgrade.
