Default Freeze Files....Are They Useless?

Hi,

When I first started using PT I imported some tracks from a hard drive. These tracks were originally recorded on Logic (Mac). Most of the tracks were ok but some were converted to "Freeze Files" AIFF. I can't do anything with them. Is there any way of bringing them back to life?

Thanks heaps!
Kon.
