Default my adat channels are making a cracking sound
i just buy protools 12.5 and support make a free set up remotely then i open one problem they solved but came back again and i don't now how to fix

Could it be a word clock sync issue? If you have PT as master check that whatever you have connected with ADAT is set to slave.

Set sync mode to "external" and format to "Adat."

software is protools 12.5 harware set up is on a mac early's 2009 using an Digidesing 003 and DIGIMAX D8 and the cracking sound is on the Adat Channels

Sounds like a sync issue. Have you tried what the others suggested?
