keeping recording levels, but not hearing through headphones
It seemed to me that when I was first using my digi, I could keep the recording levels where I wanted them, but I could turn the volume off for only the tracks I was recording (while still hearing previously recorded tracks through the phones) so I didn't have the latency thing.
Is that possible? jason |

Re: keeping recording levels, but not hearing through headphones
you can monitor incoming audio with aux tracks, then mute the track you're recording. or, you could monitor through a mixer, and then you're guaranteed no latency.

Re: keeping recording levels, but not hearing through headphones
hey jason
you just have to mute the tracks. if you don't see the record level after muting or pulling the fader down, you need to enable Pre Fader Metering in the Operations menu. you can also enable low latency monitoring to allow you to hear what you're recording without the latency. ~matt |
