Microsoft announces Vista - Vista and PTLE

Any word on how Vista and PTLE will work together? Is Digidesign planning a new version of PTLE for Vista only? Will PTLE be compatitble with XP if there is a Vista version?

I know it's alot to ask, but would Digidesign care to comment on any Vista plans? I'm sure there's alot of current and previous customers that would like to know if their equipment/sofware will need updating next year.

If you're gonna dream...perhaps a version for the 001 and 6.4?

"Windows Vista Beta - Beta 1, targeted at developers and IT professionals, will be available by August 3rd 2005."

I think we'll have an ion-vapor chip, thought-controlled version of Pro Tools running on the one and only central computer in the world that everyone just logs onto over thought-speed hyper-transmission-links before Microsoft releases "Vista", or didn't it used to be called "Longhorn"?
