Isotope Vinyl is a great vinyl effect but it won't give you the SFX your looking for. Try this website out:
http://flashkit.com/

It's has tons of free sound effects, and I believe you can also submit sound effects to the website if you like.
Hopefully you can find the SFX you are looking for!

20,000 comedians out of work and you get the guys on here...

Now, I'll tell you how to actually do it:

1. Grab your trusty Zoom recorder.

2. Walk around until you see a guy in a knit cap.

3. Tell him you've got some killer weed if you can go to his house to smoke it.

4. When you get to his house, light up a big fat doobie.

5. Ask him to throw on some vinyl.

6. While his back is turned, surreptitious turn on your Zoom recorder before the needle drops.

7. After you finish the recording, go somewhere and see if you can find a life.

The preceding has been an editorial comment by me...who would much prefer to waste my dope on some chick who'll let me share her iPod earbuds...

I do not work for Avid (their loss)...my only relationship with Avid is that of a customer (when I'm not too poor to buy stuff, like now)...and that hot administrative assistant...that's more of a "thing" than a "relationship" (that should keep them guessing for a while...)

Just rockin'...what more is there?
