Shift + 5 not muting sends F-J?

Hi All,
HDx user on 10.12.5 MAC os and 12.8.3 here:

Shift + 5 shortcut is not working for muting the sends F-J?

I dug around the Keyboard Shortcuts and didn't see any conflicts?

All other Shift plus C, D, E, Q, W, V, 2, 3, and 4 are all working fine.

Anyone got a tip for me here? Thanks!
