Yes. I used one of my googlemail email addresses and then it worked !

Doubt it - 'cos I've had multiple downloads, using my real email address.
However, use that googlemail email address in future.

thx again for your help. All worked fine at Airmusic using my fake email address and I could download all installers.

The only thing I got stuck later was with NI's Kontakt and Native Access (Ultimate 11), as it wasn't possible to add any already installed libraries from other SSDs to Kontakt 5.7.1

I googled and found the workaround to install parallel Kontakt 5.5 which is still able to do that (it's unbelievable how NI could do that)
... ... ... but beside that I'm super happy now with HighSierra and PT 12.8.3.

I went and found my original email they sent me with the links to the installers. I also backed up all the installers to 3 Blu-ray disks for both the Win & OSX installers. I have never seen a company so stingy with installers since iLok handles the authorizations. Go figure!

These are the Full Installers - not the Updaters.

Click on any Installer – provide your Email address, type your Confirmation Code in the adjacent box, then click on “Get The Download Link”

Can't work out why your initial email address (used at time of purchase) didn't work - whereas your Gmail address works.

So I just ran a test (see pic) - I used 4 different email addresses of mine to download 4 separate products - so it's certainly not being "fussy" here!

Anyway, the main thing is - your Gmail address works OK - so, use it in future.

If you have a 3rd - or even a 4th, email address - try them, too, (if you can be bothered!)

Any email address should work, it appears, as these Full Installers are made available as Trial licenses for any and everybody - which your iLok licenses consequently authorize.
