Hi Eric, thanks for your reply.

I bought it at eBay from the user "darlock.core" who recently changed his name to "core.studio", when this issue came up. This guy sold me a license that was duplicated by an iLok software bug (this is what iLok told me). The bug made one license show up twice in his account, so he sold me one of the licenses (the duplicated one). After doing an internal audit iLok deleted the duplicated license from my account. I bought it 6 months ago, I had no chance to see that this was a license created by error in iLok's system. I emailed the guy at eBay 3 times, got no reply. I just want my money back, or a valid license respectively. As I use Anthology in all my sessions I needed it back quickly, so I bought it again. However I still try to ge my money back from either the eBay guy or iLok (who are also responsible in my opinion, because they created this "fake" license and transferred it to my account for $25).

So "core.studio" sold you a product he didn't truly own after someone left the store unlocked. If there's someone to blame it's him.

After revisiting some archived Session in PT10 after not looking back for several years since going AAX I found my Chandler EMI TG 12413 asset has disappeared from my iLok.

My guess is iLok saw they had sent a duplicate to my account, and removed it. However, they had not taken into account I had deleted the duplicate by myself.

I have been emailing iLok but no help so far.

Anyone else been in a similar situation?
