Bringing this thread forward....

I did the similar upgrade to 12 when I received the notification in May 2015. That got me a license for "PT 10/11/12 NT".

(What does the NT stand for?)

Now, several months later, PT has made it up to v12.4, but when I log on the highest version I see download links for is PT 12.2.1.

It has not yet been four years since I purchased the Academic package that offered four years of updates.

Anyone else seeing similar issues?

Same issue happening here for a few weeks now. Last I heard from Jeffro was that they are looking into it. I have posted on several threads to get someones attention from Avid to see what the update is but no response as of yet. I did contact support through my Avid account/Support Center/Access the Support Center and created a case. Since it was Christmas and now the weekend, I will have to wait and see what the rep I am speaking with says.

FYI: my account has been restored and I have proper access to latest PT 12.4 download directly from the website.

Mine are stuck are 12.2, Ive been waiting a while. Strange situation really.

I would suggest starting a case with Support to see if you can get your account corrected.

I am still in the process of getting mine restored. Support has been responsive and I hope I am good to go with 12.4 soon in my acccount

You can ask here but since I have posted on several threads I don't get much of a response. Maybe its just me asking for too much :/. If you log into your Avid account and under Support/Access the Support Center you can start a case there


FYI, My account has been sorted and I now see Pro Tools 12.4 in my Account. Thank you Avid Customer Support.

I was in communication with Avid Support via email (took long enough to work out how to contact them via email but I managed it) and after pestering, my account has been sorted. I see some here have also seen the fix so hopefully most people should see the latest versions in their accounts now or over the next few days.

Hello,

My account is also only showing "Pro Tools Academic 12.2.1"

I did install 12.3 when it came out and only noticed that when trying to upgrade to 12.4.

Default Pro Tools 12.4 not showing in account

My PT 12.4 doesn't show in my student account at all. I have the 10/11/12 upgrade in my iLok. I use PT 12.3 but it downloaded through the application manager. PT 12.3 and 12.4 don't show in my account. The highest PT in my account shows is 12.2.1. Where is my 12.4? Does AVID have favorites and pick and choose who they give the first updates too or something?

And why can't I change my email on my own, on their main website like EVERY OTHER WEBSITE ON THE WEB?
