Hello Jeffro,
I have similar problem. Yesterday PT 12 upgrade appeared on my account but I was unable to upgrade due to invalid ilok account error. Today I've checked my account and PT 12 download completely disappeared.
Could you please add me to the list to get this fixed ?

I need assistance with my pro tools 12 license. My account revealed the Pro Tools 12 download, I downloaded, but now it is telling me: "You don't have any licenses in your account, or none of the licenses there have activation available. You do not have any pending deliveries for the license(s) you need to authorize the software."

Where do I go from here boys?

Can you please give me an update on my pro tools 12? I do see it in my not downloaded page but after reading all these failed attempts on here should I wait until it's in my ready to be downloaded page or can you add it into my account?

I've contacted support and they just deposited 30days license on my ilok until issue is resolved. I would suggest you to do the same

To make this a bit more concise and less confusing I have summarized my previous longer post. Yesterday I was authorized a download link in Products Not Yet Downloaded, PT 12 was listed in My Products and Subscriptions all which have been removed. Also I received an email with a code that didn't work when entered into Avid Software Activation and Download. I surrendered my PT 11 license and now have a PT 10/12 license. Although my iLok is now authorized I don't have access to a download of PT 12. My concern is that today my account doesn't show any sign of a PT 12 upgrade, I only have an email of an authorization code that doesn't work (Says its already used), and PT 12 iLok license Authorization. I called customer support but it appears I am expected to pay a fee. What must I do to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance. :)

I started a support case for you a couple hrs ago but I don't see a response. Please check your email (incl junk/spam folder) and reply to that. Thank you!
