I have a Powerbook G4 running Pt 5.3.2 with a 002. Every once and a while I get Dae errors (9073 I think) concerning the Firewire bus. Would I get better performance if I get one of those Belkin Firewire Cardbus adapters (it would allow for 2 more Firewire ports via the cardbus slot) I could then plug my hard drive (a LaCie D2) to the Powerbook Firewire port and the 002 into one of the Firewire/Cardbus ports. Make sense?
