Default PT 10 Axe-Fx USB no signal w/ Saffire Pro 40

This might be dumb as **** but does not make sense to me. I am running OSX 10.9.5 with PT10 and all my axe-fx and saffire pro 40 drivers and firmware are up to date.

The problem I am having is when running in pro tools aggregate i/o, using axe-fx and the saffire pro 40's (using two daisy chained) I am getting no audio from any of the axe-fx usb channels through pro tools, as far as I can tell all of my I/Os are routed correctly (pics attached). However when I disable the Saffire Pro 40's (turn them off) and use just the axe-fx all the USB channels work properly.

Have you tried to see if the other inputs (Sapphire inputs) in Pro Tools are reacting as the Axe Fx and just mislabeled? I had a similar problem, and it was due to setting up the aggregate. The first interface you select will be the first set of inputs, followed by your 2nd selected interface will be the 2nd set of inputs in Pro Tools.
No matter how you label them, the aggregate will abide by your first selected interface as your 1st set of inputs.
I found it helpful to check each input, and listen for the DI signal from the AXE Fx. Then you know that the DI is the 3rd input, 4th is LFE, and 1 & 2 are your audio inputs.
Hopefully this helps!

Duble checked all the inputs, all the saffire pro 40 inputs are reacting properly, and the axe-fx inputs just do nothing, very strange. I ended up just taking a SPDIF out of the axe-fx into the saffire to get the dry signal without any extra D/A conversion. Still, doesn't make any sense to me haha.

How is your "Mix Control" software configured?
