Digi002 Rack w/ VS1680

Hi guys, just looking for a little help.

I have looked through the ProTools LE manual and readme and all other documentation for the software but i couldnt find how to Sync it with another Machine: The machine i wish to sync with is the Roland VS1680, im not sure if that makes any difference.

I need to sync it via MTC, would anyone be able to give me a step by step walkthrough of how to achieve this?
