Pro Tools will open but not play.
I was running 2019.10 on Mojave. No problems with ProTools. Suddenly sessions with no previous problems wont play. I get a spinning ball.
So I upgraded to Catalina and also Protools 2019.12. I actually thought this would help. My tracks still won’t play. With or without plugins. Any ideas?

My first thought would be something with either your Audio driver, or your interface. Is ProTools booting with the correct device? (Press and hold “N” during startup I.e. the splash screen) and make sure ProTools is booting with the correct device. You could also see if your device has a driver update.
