Instrument Tracks Delay Compensation Bug

Hi guys,

I'm running PT 12.8 Standard.

Instrument tracks (with instrument inserts) don't seem to compensate for delay.

Aux tracks seem to behave fine, but as soon as I route a MIDI track to it, it kills the delay compensation.

When I route multiple instrument tracks to one instrument insert, the delay compensation works properly within those routed tracks...

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

ooh .. Maxim PLugin on an instrument track while recording .. that is adding "One More Second" to the path while recording ..

"Advanced, look-ahead peak limiting" - i humbly think this plugin has too much latency to use during recording .. and it appears since this is an Instrument track that the Inserts are not being de-activated during recording ..

my .02 on that ..

i will leave the Delay Comp Q's to others until i look at your pictures a few more times ..

Looks like it could be related to an issue I posted about yesterday here http://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=392028

I did not check if it was correctly reporting the delay compensation, as during playback everything sounds perfectly in time. It was just when bouncing or freezing that the Kontakt was out of time.

Am back on 12.7.1 for now as I need to finish a project but will then upgrade again and investigate further.
