Pro Tools unable to communicate with control 24
Help. I am running pro tools 6.2 on a mac with a control 24 surface. It was running fine for about 2 months after the power supply fried and I had it replaced. I was recording a session and the error "pro tools unable to communicate with control 24" came up. I checked the ethernet settings and everything seems to be normal there but it is still offline. I can still record but without automation. If anyone has had the same problem or knows what's up, I'd appricate any info. Thank you so much.

Hi,
Have you tried reset from the ulitities menu? and then re assign it from PT setup peripherals menu etc. Are the lights on the back of the ethernet socked on? can you test the ethernet port on your computer? connect it to another computer or something to check it? Chris
