Default I finally did it!

No big deal to you guys but I finally navigated the cyber gauntlet to register for Pro Tools 9 training videos from Groove 3! So now I'm taking my time and reviewing each category and I've already learned a bunch of stuff, mostly to do with navigating the edit and mix screens. The important thing is I'm learning and it feels great! I don't want this to sound like a commercial for groove 3 and I have no connection to them,(disclaimer). Point is I should have done this quite a while ago instead of struggling with my pre stroke ego, insisting that I can do anything I set my head to! Thanks albee for planting the seed.

I've always lived by the motto, "If I go through a day without learning at least one new thing, it was a wasted day!"

And now that I have aged, I consider it to be even more important...

I do not work for Avid (their loss)...my only relationship with Avid is that of a customer (when I'm not too poor to buy stuff, like now)...and that hot administrative assistant...that's more of a "thing" than a "relationship" (that should keep them guessing for a while...)

Just rockin'...what more is there?

Huh, I just purchased an all-access pass last night. Groove3 is great - I came for the Revoice tutorials, I stayed for the Pro Tools tips.

Good luck, Terry!
