Default ProTools 10 doesn't recognice my Eleven from iLok

Hi!

Just updated to ProTools 10. I'm on MacBook Pro 15", Lion.
I purchased Eleven from Avid netstore and Eleven iLok license moved nicely to my iLok. Then I installed Eleven and started ProTools 10.
Got message that "This version of Eleven LE needs authorization and couldn't find it in my iLok". But when I check my iLok the licence is there!

What can be done to get Eleven working?
Thanks for helping.

Remove the "Eleven LE" version from your plug-ins folder, since you own the full version. Make sure the full Eleven plug-ins are installed in the plug-ins folder.

I did this but there is no Eleven in ProTools when i try to find the plugin from inserts.
I have 002R so I first installed the option Eleven LE (because this was RTAS). Now I installed Eleven (HD) version but I can't see Eleven.
Any more help / ideas?

What exact Eleven file (full filename/version) is in what exact plugin folder (full path)?
What is the exact asset name on your iLok?

In "Avid account/Your Products" it says:
Avid Vantage Pro Tools Free Plugins: Licenses: Eleven (TDM + RTAS)

In iLok:
Product Company Type Expiration
Eleven Digidesign Rental 07/18/2013

Programs/Avid/Pro Tools/DPM Plug-Ins/Eleven.dpm

Library/Application Support/Digidesign/Plug-Ins/Eleven.dpm
--> Eleven LE.dpm moved to /Plug-Ins (Unused)

If there is no Eleven.dpm in your plugin folder (.../Library/Application Support/Digidesign/Plug-Ins) it is likely because you just did not install it. I assume you are running Pro Tools 10 not 10 HD, by default the Eleven installer will install the Eleven LE .dpm file for you, you need to select the Eleven plugin option if you want that to install. I know you tried rerunning the installer, but that should have worked, you may want to remove any Eleven.dpm and Eleven LE.dpm files and try it all again. And just to check you are installing the latest (v8) version from here http://www.avid.com/US/products/Eleven?

I thought an Eleven license came with iLok assets for Eleven LE as well, but I may be confused. And maybe that is also an affect from the Vantage program rental license you have.

Thankyou for helping! Much appreciated. Yes it's v8 version and the installer asks if I want to install for HD systems (it installs both Eleven and Eleven LE) or Eleven LE (RTAS and AU). I have tried both and it doesn't work. I quess I have to contact Avid tomorrow.

Same here...Installed Eleven 8 into my PT 10HD Native system, made sure that LE versions were in my Unused Plugins folder.

Eleven does not show up in my Inserts.

So, I am probably doing something stupid...would not be the first time...

I would contact Avid as the previous poster said he was about to, he may not be checking this thread any more if the issue was resolved. if you do get it resolved please post what was going on here,

Darryl
