Default looking Cheap 3rd party interfaces for pro tools 9

I am looking to replace my mbox 2 mini, cause i can't get bellow 128ms latency, I also want more inputs, 4 or more.

If i'd go with avid i'd have to go with a 002, 003 something, wich is pretty expensive. So anyone can recommend a good 3rd party interface that got low latency (hopefully as low as 32ms). And a sound quality to match the mbox 2?

I'm not, I reckon the shipping cost from Nashville to Norway would be vile.

002 will only go down to 64 samples of hardware buffer.

FYI

And this is a problem because.......? Actually, I don't know of any interface that offers a 32 buffer on Windows. 002/003 will do 32 on a Mac. My 2 cents, the 003 are solid performers and are worth a look(integration is real simple without any extra screens to address for monitoring). My next choice is the Saffire 56(which likely sounds better, but will need a bit more attention during recording).
