where is my support code

I recently purchased an ASC and have received the confirmation of my order and payment. But I can't see my code in this email or on my AVID account.

I can't get through on the phone because you have to enter your ASC...!!!!

Where is it?

Goto your Avid account and look under products not downloaded and check back if there are any issues :)

Got through to Avid Support OK to get the bad news that Sibelius 7 doesn't work any more on recent Apple MacBook OS updates. Had to buy Sibelius Ultimate.
