Nothing in my account either. The product name changed from HD to Ultimate but no Complete Plugins download or iLok asset in my iLok account.

Could you have a look please?

Thank you, you just made my day. I got an E-mail talking about a case but did not understand how the case was started (unless being old like I am, I started one an forgot about it)

Same deal - your product in my.avid.com/products is still listed as Upgrade and Support Plan for Pro Tools | HD Software (not Ultimate) so will add a case for you to get this sorted out. Sorry about this!

My Avid also states "Pro Tools | HD Software Upgrade with Annual Upgrade and Support Plan (12 Months)", not Ultimate. Is there a pattern to this error I wonder?

And if this can happen, what else might we be loosing out on that we don't know about? :)
